Surf Board Transportation

Surf Board Transportation

I heard of some airlines making it very difficult to check your surf board in at the airport. Do the airlines flying to the Maldives also make it difficult to fly with your board, or are they accommodating to surfers?

I've been seeing lots of tourists arrive in the Maldives with their surf boards, so I think most of the carriers are accommodating.

I would think it might be an issue with some of the sea planes, since they could be too small for the surf boards to fit, but you can always go everywhere by boat, then it should fit no worries :D
