Use this forum to ask questions and let other tourists know about the essentials of travel to the Maldives. Topics appropriate here are currency, what to take, vaccinations and medicine, safety, laws of the land and anything else that crosses your mind. Can I pay with Euros on the islands? Do I need to take insect repellent, or will they sell it there? Should I take Malaria medicine?
