Until when is the dry season at the Maldives?

The dry season will last until April so i definately recommend that you book your holiday on the Maldives as soon as you can because, even though the Maldives are an all year round touristic destination, this is certainly the best time to go.

And during the rainy season, which part of the Maldives gets less rain?

Well from May to November it's the so called "rainy season" which offers basically the same paradise but it might rain on certain days. If you do decide to go during this time i suggest you go to the north part of the Maldives which is where there is less rain a year. The Central part is also very good too.
