Do Liveaboard cruise ships offer island hopping? if so to where?

I guess liveaboard cruise ships are in a way all about island hopping since the boat is in constant motion during the day time. An island-hopping excursion will take you to another resort, an uninhabited island and an inhabited island. You would also get the opportunity to snorkel in the clear waters of a desert island, dive in the many different dive sites and experience a barbecue on the beach.
