Manta Feeding Frenzy Month

I read about these giant feeding frenzies of Manta Rays at Hanifaru Bay (which recently became a marine sanctuary), but I have no idea when would be the ideal time to watch this spectacular show. Does anyone know which months would be best to see this event?
