That's an impossible question... I mean there have been awards for certain spas but every single spa in this tropical island shares some of the same similarities. They are all into the latest of spa treatment and techniques and every resort even offers you a wide variety of therapies you can undergo by trained professionals. I don't think it is a question of which is the best spa, i think it is a question of which is the best spa treatment for you! And once you go there you will definately find out.
