Which is the best time to go surfing in the Maldives?

It surely depends on the surf site but there are always good waves at the maldives. Right now during the Norteast Monsoon that lasts til April the waves are not at their highest point even the climate is at its best; but starting May until October the Southwest Monsoon comes and so does the best waves in the Maldives. So if you are a really hardcore surfer i suggest you visit the Maldives during may to October.
